Job summary

Bike Club Limited in Rainham seeks a Head of Operations to own the planning, systems and performance framework for our national refurbishment and distribution site from January 2027. This is a leadership role combining planning, analytics and people management to ensure the site runs efficiently and safely.

You will lead Demand, capacity, data, inventory governance and continuous improvement, build scalable processes, interact with the Distribution Manager and Mechanic teams, and drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a large multi-function warehouse.
• Strong analytical ability and modelling experience.
• Lean/continuous improvement mindset with practical application.
• AI-native fluency is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and WMS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Own demand, capacity and forward planning for the Rainham site.
• Own data integrity across the site with robust reporting.
• Manage inventory governance and disposal approvals.
• Design and implement a formal performance framework and QC gates.
• Lead all site functions and build a scalable team structure.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to improve accuracy and throughput.
