Qualifications

• Experience of leading operational change within a private equity–backed environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to own P&L and drive profitability across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in establishing standardised operating models, cost control, and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the P&L for the divisions, driving financial performance through cost control and efficiency.
• Input into due diligence for acquisitions and ensure smooth integration into the operating model.
• Establish a robust, standardised operating model across a multi-site footprint with uniform quality and compliance.
• Lead Heads of divisions, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Integrate new facilities and vehicle fleets post-acquisition and build scalable operational architecture.
• Demonstrate extensive leadership in head of operations/plant manager roles within food processing, agriculture, or heavy logistics.
• Manage complex, multi-site UK operations with experience in hub-and-spoke logistics models.
