Qualifications

• Experience running multi-space operations at scale in live events or venues.
• Proven ability to recruit, structure teams and ensure licensing and compliance.
• Experience with private hire and dry-hire activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational planning and delivery for the venue.
• Recruit, structure and lead a large multi-disciplinary team across all front and back-of-house functions.
• Oversee licensing, health and safety, and compliance across all venue spaces.
• Coordinate with creative and programming leads to align operational resources with live schedules.
• Manage contractor relationships, supplier agreements and on-site logistics.
• Develop and implement operational processes and standards from a standing start.
• Support private hire and dry-hire activity between primary programming periods.
