• Experience in planning and managing group events, preferably in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of London/UK business tourism market and its suppliers.
• Ability to work with executive-level clients to tailor programme solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Awareness of industry trends and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
• Resilience under pressure with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and implement complex group programmes in the UK, with emphasis on London.
• Manage budgets from initiation to final invoicing and ensure profitability.
• Conduct post-programme debriefs, invoicing and archiving.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and represent the company at events.
• Research venues and develop new event products and services.
• Support the sales team with proposals and customised solutions.
• Handle VIP guests and international client relationships with cultural awareness.
• Coordinate staffing, transportation, entertainment and décor for programmes.
