Job summary

Live Recruitment in London seeks a Head of Event Production to design and run all production operations for a newly launched multi-space venue. You will coordinate six spaces plus additional rooms, building feasibility and delivery of creative concepts from the ground up.

You will lead production planning, manage contractors and budgets while shaping processes ahead of launch, working closely with creative and programming teams on non-standard formats.

Qualifications

• Candidates who will thrive as Head of Event Production, Live Venue have led large-scale venue production at a senior level, with a track record of managing complex, simultaneous live programming across multiple spaces.
• Experience across live music, festivals or live performance is essential.
• Confidence to build operational infrastructure from scratch rather than inherit a finished machine.
• Immersive or experimental events experience is beneficial but not essential.
• More important is appetite for an environment where the brief changes, the programming is unconventional and staying calm under pressure is what makes the difference.

The Company

This is an independent, experimental entertainment venue opening in central London, programming live music, film, performance art and installations across six spaces simultaneously for large-scale audiences.
