The role offers hybrid working in London or Manchester, reporting to the Managing Director, and close collaboration with the Founder to build the operating engine for scale.

You will lead people, systems and processes, embedding AI and automation to drive efficiency, culture and compliance across a lean, ambitious team with strong growth momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people operations, recruitment and development at scale.
• Proven ability to design operating rhythms, processes and ownership across teams.
• Strong interest in integrating AI/automation to improve efficiency and decision making.

• Lead people and talent end to end, including recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Design and run the operating rhythm, processes and internal systems for scale.
• Embed AI and automation across the business with the in-house AI lead.
