Job summary

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd seeks an Operations Manager – M&A to drive post-acquisition integration for an AI-powered PropTech startup. The role is hybrid with one day per week in London and extensive UK travel, embedding on-site across acquired businesses to standardise systems and processes.

You will own the integration from deal closure, deep-diving into operations, finance, facilities and people, and help roll out AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual burden.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobilisation or integration experience across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end integration without a fixed playbook.
• Comfortable travelling extensively across the UK and spending time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own newly acquired businesses from deal completion through full integration.
• Delve into processes, systems, suppliers and people, not just CRM or ledgers.
• Roll out AI-enabled working methods and build the integration playbook for scale.
• Be the trusted on-site face during periods of significant change.
