Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Sr. Subject Matter Expert to drive onboarding of clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform.

The role involves deep domain knowledge in Solvency II reporting and derivatives & alternatives asset classes, collaborating with analysts, team leads, and program managers to streamline delivery and expand product offerings. You will strategize with development teams and shape scalable onboarding processes, while guiding peers and serving as a trusted client advocate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting required.
7+ years of relevant experience in related field.
Experience with financial accounting and investment statements is essential.
Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Clearwater Way methodologies for client implementation and onboarding.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions within the role.
Provide guidance on industry knowledge and best practices.
Develop expertise in at least one market/regulatory regime (e.g., Solvency II, US insurance).
Communicate with global team to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Create training materials and SOPs to share knowledge.
