Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst to deliver operational support and build strong relationships with global clients. You will handle inquiries related to investment accounting, financial statements, and analytics, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will strive to respond promptly, accurately, and comprehensively, resolving issues efficiently and helping clients become enthusiastic advocates for Clearwater.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Finance and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries & requests on topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and use internal tools for reconciling transactions.
• Navigate knowledge base and documentation to proactively solve client queries.
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing important work.
• Take on team and client related projects that involve collaboration with other internal teams.
