  • Transmit magazine pages to printers.
  • Assist with correcting images for POS posters, banners, and promotional printed material.
  • Proof images for editorial approval.
  • Collaborate with designers to advise on image quality and provide guidance as needed.
  • Occasionally work out of hours in a standalone capacity.
  • Work accurately and efficiently, potentially involving transmission and planning tasks.

You should demonstrate confidence in the following areas daily, especially in a busy environment:

  • Advanced Photoshop retouching skills for print production.
  • Proficiency in handling and basic picture production cutouts in Photoshop.
  • Intermediate knowledge of print publishing—both Newspapers and Magazines.
  • Ability to work late shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Intermediate colour reproduction and management skills.

  • Relevant experience matching the role’s complexity.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment, including shift work.
  • Expertise in core departmental functions.
  • Understanding of relevant tools and their operational context.
  • Ability to support and advise colleagues and customers confidently.
  • Willingness to work out of hours independently.
