• 2–4 years of experience in operations or comparable role (e.g., finance, office management or HR)
• Willingness to get stuck in from day one
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across finance, the office, HR, recruitment and client services
• Coordinate logistics for internal team events and HR processes
• Assist with payroll, book-keeping and vendor payments as needed
• Support project leads with contracts, budgets and capacity planning
• Help recruit and onboard new team members and collaborators
