Love Recruitment International is seeking an Operations Manager in London to drive delivery of client insights through a national network. You will recruit, train and nurture community members, coordinate campaigns and optimise scheduling while collaborating with a proactive operations team.

The role is hybrid (London-based) with one day per week at home, offering a competitive £30,780 base plus up to £4k bonus and benefits.
