Zero Surplus in Hertfordshire is seeking an Operations Co-Ord0inator to join our growing team. You will support the full lifecycle of order fulfilment, from placing supplier orders to coordinating with clients and managing logistics.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Raising purchase orders through company processes.
• Placing orders with suppliers to initiate supply chain.
• Ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies raised by clients, suppliers or internal teams.
• Escalating ongoing issues to senior management for swift resolution.
