Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Milton Keynes to join the Service Centre. You will coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally you are organised, capable of multitasking, and comfortable using systems like CityTrak and X‑Despatch. The role is permanent with 40 hours per week and a starting salary around £26,811.20.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
