Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd in Leeds is looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate couriers, support the control team and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs. This is a permanent, full-time role on a 40-hour week.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, typically 7 am–4 pm or 9 am–6 pm, with duties at the heart of our Service Centre. You’ll join a UK-wide logistics business delivering time-critical services, where fast decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Organised, accurate with systems knowledge.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.

The role

This role sits at the heart of our Service Centre. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving day to day coordinating couriers, supporting the control team, and making sure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Experience in logistics or courier operations is helpful, but not essential — we’re more interested in the right attitude and approach.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.
