Job summary

BA Cityflyer is looking for an Operations Controller to support the flying programmes from London City and Gatwick. You will oversee day-to-day aircraft movements and ensure compliance with aviation regulations while maintaining service levels across our European destinations.

The role is shift-based, 12-hour rotations with operations 24/7; you will coordinate with teams across locations, assess operational risks, and help deliver the premium BA service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an airline's Operations Control Centre (OCC).
• Proven commercial awareness and ability to drive efficiency.
• Experience using airline operations systems such as AIMS, Sabre or Amadeus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and aircraft movements in line with commercial, operational and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, EASA and CAA regulations.
• Work in our 24/7 OCC to support a dynamic flying programme; follow a 12-hour shift roster.
