Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transport and accommodation under SLAs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Record customer requests and fulfil transport and accommodation needs against SLAs.
• Schedule, source and coordinate passenger transport and hotels with suppliers.
• Monitor services via GPS tracking and supplier communications.
• Track milestones and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to Customer Feedback promptly when needed.
• Respond to emails in line with company standards.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and ensure compliance.
