Job Description

Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting for an Operations Controller to work with our prestigious client in Derby, supporting their logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations.

This role offers a great opportunity for a hardworking and driven individual to grow within a close-knit team. The position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and data entry
• Using SAP software
• Performing quality checks
• Controlling operations and managing a team of 4
• Ensuring stock control and quality standards
• Coordinating tasks and managing holiday cover
• Handling production work, including moving and loading stock

Requirements

• Counterbalance forklift license

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (flexibility required for weekend work)

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate of £14.57, increasing to £15.09 after 12 weeks
