Job summary

Citco Custody (UK) Limited seeks an experienced Senior Depositary Manager to lead an operational team, ensure strict compliance with UK AIFMD, FCA FUNDS, and CASS rules, and maintain a robust control environment across depositary activities.

You will oversee NAV reviews, cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and risk management while collaborating with group functions to win new business and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Third level business / finance qualification and extensive fund industry experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record managing operational teams and delivering client service.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain control environment to meet depositary obligations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and global procedures across the depositary business.
• Oversee depositary tasks across clients and teams to drive operational excellence.
• Lead NAV reviews, cash flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets and investment compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Group Sales and Marketing to promote and win new business.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely resolution with management.
• Develop and retain a high-performing management team and provide staff training.
