Job summary

Montpellier Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a leading international bank seeking an experienced digital banking operations professional to help run its online banking and debit card operations day to day. Based in London with hybrid working (4 days in the office and 1 day WFH), the role offers up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese is essential.
• Solid background in e-channel operations, digital banking or card management.
• Exposure to digital product management or system support is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of banking operations, digital platforms and the regulatory landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Educated to degree level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and monitor e-channel projects and initiatives
• Liaise with IT teams and third-party vendors on system maintenance, upgrades and issue resolution
• Report on operational performance to senior stakeholders
• Support and guide the wider team on operational delivery
• Input into the design and testing of new digital features and services, and help improve existing processes
• Maintain compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards
