Job summary

Adler and Allan Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the business. The role focuses on process improvement, systems implementation, and performance reporting, acting as the MD's operational lead to standardise practices across locations and improve collaboration.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver practical, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Marine or MOD customer base experience is essential.
• Proven experience in business operations and leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience producing management information and KPI reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency.
• Standardise processes and improve cross-department collaboration.
• Implement new business systems and ensure data quality and adoption.
• Produce monthly KPI reporting and support leadership decisions.
• Manage resource planning and provide operational support to the MD.
• Influence managers and communicate improvements clearly.
