ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Business Development Manager to drive improvements across our manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional projects, interpret engineering drawings, and collaborate with senior leadership to boost efficiency and business growth.

The role requires a strong engineering background, experience in continuous improvement and business development, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Business Development within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• A strong engineering background with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and implement improvements.
• Aerospace sheet metal experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical, commercial awareness and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the business, reporting to senior management.
• Drive operational and business development projects with senior leadership to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify, develop and implement process and method improvements throughout the organisation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support process optimisation and problem-solving.
• Champion a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies and 5S standards.
