Job summary

Fuller Technologies seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to embed an operating system across global manufacturing, sourcing, and procurement. You will report to the COO and lead practical efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

You will map value streams, standardize ways of working, and drive measurable improvements while coordinating with shop floors through senior leadership. Northampton facility focus in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Proven Lean/CI leadership with measurable results.
• Experience across manufacturing and supply-chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and mature value streams across manufacturing, sourcing, procurement and supply chain.
• Lead value stream mapping to identify waste and bottlenecks and develop future-state designs.
• Establish ownership, KPIs, rhythms, and accountability for each value stream.
• Drive Lean/CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Develop standard work and visual management; build sustainable processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve material flow, inventory, planning and shop-floor execution.
