Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking an Operations and Clinical Services Lead for the Surgical Centre in Devizes, Wiltshire. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring safe, patient-centred care and high performance.

You will drive governance, quality, workforce planning and financial sustainability, while fostering collaboration with commissioners, clinical teams and corporate colleagues to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC Level 1) or HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading operational and clinical services.
• Strong governance, risk and quality framework knowledge.
• Experience with CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Patient-centred, inclusive and collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical and professional leadership of Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Devizes.
• Lead service development initiatives and strengthen external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and governance requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention and development.
• Manage budgets and support sustainable service growth.
• Oversee quality improvement, incident management and patient experience.
• Build relationships with commissioners and healthcare partners.
• Support innovation and service development opportunities.
