Practice Plus Group Holdings Limited is seeking an exceptional Operations and Clinical Services Lead for our Surgical Centre in Devizes. This role provides strategic, operational and clinical leadership to drive service excellence and safe, patient-centred care.

You will oversee operational, clinical, workforce, governance and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Level 1) with NMC registration or HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional experience.
• Significant senior leadership experience within a healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to lead operational and clinical services with governance, risk and quality oversight.
• Experience with CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.

• Providing visible leadership across all clinical and non-clinical services
• Driving operational, quality, commercial and clinical performance
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and governance requirements
• Leading workforce planning, recruitment, retention and development
• Managing budgets and supporting sustainable service growth
