Working closely with senior leaders, clinical teams and corporate colleagues, you'll ensure outstanding patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, workforce excellence and financial sustainability. You'll lead service development initiatives, strengthen external stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance. To be successful in this role, you'll be a Registered Nurse (Level 1) with NMC registration or an HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional, with significant senior leadership experience within a healthcare environment.
