Practice Plus Group Holdings Limited is seeking an exceptional Operations and Clinical Services Lead for our Surgical Centre in Devizes. This role provides strategic, operational and clinical leadership to drive service excellence and safe, patient-centred care.

You will oversee operational, clinical, workforce, governance and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Level 1) with NMC registration or HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional experience.
• Significant senior leadership experience within a healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to lead operational and clinical services with governance, risk and quality oversight.
• Experience with CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing healthcare team, drive service excellence, and make a lasting impact on patient care, staff engagement and organisational performance. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the service while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care., As Operations and Clinical Services Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, commercial, clinical and professional leadership of Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Devizes. Working closely with senior leaders, clinical teams and corporate colleagues, you'll ensure outstanding patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, workforce excellence and financial sustainability. You'll lead service development initiatives, strengthen external stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance. Other responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you'll be a Registered Nurse (Level 1) with NMC registration or an HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional, with significant senior leadership experience within a healthcare environment.

You'll also have:
