Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property in Horsham is seeking an Operations Associate to join a world‑leading life sciences site on a fixed late shift. You will help receive, package, store and distribute high‑value products across ambient, cold, and frozen environments, with a 37.5 hour week on a 6‑month contract.

The role offers £19.67 per hour plus a 22% shift allowance (effective rate ~£24/hr), and requires a driving licence for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics/production/operations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and complete compliance logs accurately.
• Valid UK driving licence and personal transport.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment: pick, pack and prepare client orders to targets.
• Goods receipt & stock control: log inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Production support: set up/clean areas and equipment for client packaging.
• GMP compliance: complete GMP documentation accurately within timelines.
• Health & safety: maintain clean room/warehouse standards and SOP adherence.
