Benchmark Capital Limited is seeking an Operations Associate in Funding & Disbursement to support day-to-day funding operations and client administration from our Horsham offices. You will engage with custodians and advisor firms, verify client information, and help handle corporate actions within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English required.
• Minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of operational administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute actively in team meetings and share constructive feedback.
• Cross-train across multiple functions and administrative processes to support wider business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of financial services platforms.
• Follow processes and guidelines to support good client outcomes.
• Research and identify solutions, applying clear and logical thinking to resolve issues.
• Check and verify data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify exceptions and make the necessary corrections so tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
