Job summary

17Capital is seeking an Associate in the Middle Office to support loan operations, deal documentation and data management. You will own day-to-day loan administration, ensure data accuracy across systems, and act as the accountable contact for each transaction.

The role requires a strong data mindset, 2+ years in loan administration, and collaboration across Investment Operations with external counterparties. This is a London-based role within a growing private credit team.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Maths or other highly numerical discipline
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a loan administration function, within a fund administrator or private credit manager
• Strong data mindset and ability to analyze large data sets
• Experience with loan administration systems such as Sentry or Allvue preferred

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of loan operations and deal documentation
• Maintain loan position records and support reconciliation activities
• Support onboarding with documentation review and filing
• Manage day-to-day counterparty interactions across Loan Agents and custodians
• Support lifecycle management from onboarding to valuation and wind-down
• Weekly deal data reconciliations between systems and Allvue
• Flag data discrepancies and support resolution
