Job summary

BBC Studios is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the Digital Operations team in London. You will provide essential administrative, reporting and operational support to keep the Business Services division running smoothly.

Based in London – Television Centre, the role involves managing requests, maintaining documentation, coordinating processes and supporting colleagues across technology, finance and people services.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operational or business support roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-team collaboration.
• Confident in using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the Business Services team, ensuring requests, queries and tasks are managed in line with agreed processes and service levels.
• Manage shared inboxes and coordinate operational requests, raising and tracking tickets across technology, finance, infrastructure and people services.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers and SharePoint resources, ensuring operational records remain up to date and accessible.
• Support reporting activities by gathering, maintaining and distributing operational data and reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Operations to support onboarding, offboarding, project activity and business continuity during peak periods or team absences.
