Job summary

David Lloyd Gloucester is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our club and ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience seven days a week.

You will assist across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and supporting teams wherever needed. We create an environment where colleagues feel a sense of belonging and can thrive both physically and mentally.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, and greeting members.
• Assist teams wherever needed to ensure a safe, exceptional member experience seven days a week.
