This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, fast-growing US law firm renowned for its excellence and collaboration. You’ll become a key member of a high-performing Operations team in a permanent, office-based role that offers both challenge and reward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Operation Assistant, you will be carrying out a range of duties across the office, which span facilities support to helping out with reception cover to administrative support! If you are someone who likes getting involved in all areas and enjoys a varied day-to-day, then this is the role for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping with relocations and refurbishments
  • Providing 121 administrative support
  • Scanning and printing
  • Handling mailroom operations
  • Conducting regular floor inspections and general maintenance
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc facilities tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a facilities role or operations role in a law firm or professional services firm
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled and experienced in administration, including grammar and spelling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
