The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Visits: Conduct regular visits to all London studios to ensure they meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Trainer Coordination: Assist in the communication with our team of Pilates trainers.
• Operations Support: Work closely with the Head of Operations to implement and improve operational processes across the business.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors or landlords where necessary.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, documents, and systems related to studio operations and staff.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that studio environments support an exceptional client experience at all times.

Requirements

• Must be London-based with flexibility to travel to multiple studio locations across London / Greater London.
• Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a big plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, administrative or operational role is beneficial but not essential.
