David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

You will support departments across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and backing teams wherever needed to keep the club running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support across the club with opening/closing tasks, welcoming members and assisting teams as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and general club operations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
