David Lloyd in Manchester North is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience seven days a week. You will support multiple departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing duties, greeting members and backing up teams as needed.

The role emphasises strong customer service, teamwork and adaptability in a busy club environment, offering growth opportunities and a supportive culture.

As an Operations Assistant , we are looking for someone who :

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
