David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to support daily club operations across departments, helping to ensure members feel safe and receive an excellent experience every day. You will assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greet members, and support teams as needed, contributing to an inclusive culture where staff can thrive.

Qualifications

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.

• Support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
