David Lloyd Clubs in London is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience seven days a week.

You will support multiple club departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing, greeting members and assisting teams across the venue, contributing to a thriving, inclusive culture.

Formación

• Passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with cleaning and daily club tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Greet and assist members to ensure a positive experience.
• Support teams across departments as needed.

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
