Operations Assistant!

Are you a committed professional who enjoys a varied workload? Have you got Facilities/Operations experience and looking to elevate your career? You'll become a key member of a high-performing Operations team in a permanent, office-based role that offers both challenge and reward.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Operation Assistant, you will be carrying out a range of duties across the office which span facilities support to helping out with reception cover to administrative support! If you are someone who likes getting involved in all areas and enjoys a varied day-to-day, then this is the role for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping with relocations and refurbishments
  • Providing 121 administrative support
  • Scanning and printing
  • Handling mailroom operations
  • Conducting regular floor inspections
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc facilities tasks

  • At least 2 years' experience in a facilities role or operations role in a law firm or professional services firm

  • Skilled and experienced in administration, including grammar and spelling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
