Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager with strong leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity across our Fulfilment Centres.

You will lead a team, oversee process improvements, and collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices while delivering excellent customer service. Experience in people management and data-driven decision making will help you shape efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• English-language written and verbal communication experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or experience using data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
