Job summary

Checkout.com is building scalable, compliant operations for digital assets and cashless payments. You will design end-to-end workflows, translate product and regulatory requirements into robust processes, and coordinate across Risk, Compliance and Merchant teams.

You will also drive automation and governance, applying fintech know-how to deliver safe, scalable operations while aligning multiple stakeholders for successful launches.

Qualifications

• Digital assets, crypto, blockchain and regulated payments experience.
• Ability to translate product and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across risk, compliance and merchant ops.

Responsibilities

• Design operating models and end-to-end processes for new product launches across risk, compliance and merchant ops.
• Translate requirements into actionable processes, controls and handoffs.
• Apply crypto and fintech knowledge to safe, scalable operations.
• Structure ambiguous problems, identify risks, and align stakeholders.
• Establish governance, metrics, controls and automated workflows.
