Job summary

Site Equip Ltd in Lasham, Hampshire is seeking an Operations and Transport Admin to support our operations and transport teams, manage quality control, planning, stock, and provide administrative support for smooth daily operations.

You will raise workshop jobs, coordinate with drivers, perform weekly stock checks, raise purchase orders, schedule shifts, and handle holiday approvals. The role is full-time in a dynamic, forward‑thinking company with opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Raise workshop jobs, process completed tasks, and schedule maintenance, repairs, and cleaning inspections.
• Communication: Act as the link between the office, outdoor staff, and customers; handle daily queries and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Planning Support: Assist transport planners with route planning, check job completion, and ensure efficient delivery schedules.
• Stock Management: Conduct weekly stock checks, including consumables, workshop parts, service kits, and other equipment.
• Vehicle Oversight: Ensure drivers complete daily checks, report vehicle damage, maintain cleanliness, and identify any broken parts or equipment.
• Purchasing: Raise orders, receive items, and manage stock replenishment.
• HR Support: Schedule shifts in advance, manage overtime, and approve holiday requests.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organised, and driven individual to join Site Equip and ensure our customers receive the highest quality equipment and service. You will be responsible for supporting our operations and transport teams, managing quality control, communication, planning, and stock oversight, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control:Raise workshop jobs, process completed tasks, and schedule maintenance, repairs, and cleaning inspections.
