Rose Communication Group Ltd is seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational needs across departments. You will work across teams to streamline processes, manage systems, and drive technology-based solutions that improve efficiency.

You’ll translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and maintain key systems. This hands-on role suits someone tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working with both people and platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations or business analyst role (or similar).
• Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations and process automation.
• Able to communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements.
• Proven ability to gather and communicate technical requirements between teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or basic scripting.
• Development experience or working knowledge of APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Map and document processes; propose and implement improvements using technology.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requests for developers.
• Oversee the configuration and ongoing maintenance of business-critical systems.
• Support systems integration, automation, and the implementation of new tools or platforms.
• Support process improvement by reducing manual work, improving accuracy, or speeding up workflows.
• Track projects and actions to ensure operational improvements are delivered.
• Document processes and procedures so teams have clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of software licences, platforms, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT providers or development teams for complex needs.
