Working in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations team in coordinating the delivery of planned and reactive works in the most efficient and effective way, maximising the utilisation of the work force. A key part of the role is maintaining and updating multiple customer portals to ensure we meet the customer expectations, requirements and KPI's.

More about the role:

  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is ready for the following working day for all field staff.
  • Collation and preparation of all office, works and job paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing.
  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
  • Providing Operational cover in the event of absence of other office staff.
  • Ensure effective communication with all staff.
  • Keep both the client and Line Manager fully informed of operational change; you are expected to be able to provide a full operational brief, written or verbal to any senior member of staff with little or no prior notice.
  • Collate and check all paperwork and pass to the appropriate department for processing. This is to be done on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining and updating multiple customer portals to ensure we meet the customer requirements and KPI's.
  • Providing support to operational staff, for example arranging accommodation, logistics support, hire plant/equipment etc.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline processes, handle customer enquiries, and support the execution of internal projects.
