Working in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations team in coordinating the delivery of planned and reactive works in the most efficient and effective way, maximising the utilisation of the work force. A key part of the role is maintaining and updating multiple customer portals to ensure we meet the customer expectations, requirements and KPI’s.
