Scope of the role:

To ensure that all admin functions are completed in line with customer specifications, in a timely manner, and that the product picked is of the highest quality. All relevant admin processes should always be followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The ability to work on own initiative, juggling multiple work streams and prioritizing accordingly.
  2. This role is operationally based; a keen interest and experience in operations and warehousing are essential.
  3. Owning and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets covering various operational reports across the group.
  4. Dealing with all levels of personnel across the group, providing clear and concise information as required.
  5. Liaising with other departments regarding shortages and internal/external queries.
  6. Providing ongoing intelligence/data/information to support informed decision-making across departments.
  7. Handling general emails, incoming and outgoing calls.
  8. Investigating customer complaints when required.
  9. Preparing pick sheets and other documentation for operations, including segregating and debriefing pick sheets and PODs.
  10. Ensuring all orders are picked in full prior to dispatch.
  11. Developing positive relationships with colleagues.
  12. Entering, amending, and invoicing sales purchase orders.
  13. Managing transfers between internal depots.
  14. Performing any other reasonable management duties in line with your contracted responsibilities.
