Operations Assistant at a Purpose-Led Charity

C&C Search is recruiting an Operations Assistant for a high-profile, purpose-led charity based in Central London. This role is IT-focused, hybrid-working, offering long-term potential, with a temp-to-perm pathway and a salary of up to £30,000.   • Title: Operations Assistant
  • Reporting to: Business and Governance Manager
  • Location: Central London (hybrid: 1 day remote)
  • Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for operational and IT-related queries
  2. Maintain and support the office environment, including supplies, facilities, and post
  3. Coordinate with outsourced IT providers and support tech onboarding for new and existing users
  4. Assist with internal systems such as Salesforce CRM and liaise with external suppliers
  5. Manage mobile phones, AV equipment, photocopiers, and resolve internal tech issues
  6. Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Operations and team
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in office administration and facilities support
  • Understanding of IT systems, including Office 365, Windows/macOS, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Approachable, confident, and proactive team player
  • Experience in the charity or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential
