Job summary

Together is seeking an Operational Trainer to support onboarding and development of new colleagues within Sales. You will ensure recruits gain knowledge of processes, systems and compliance, delivering engaging onboarding experiences using the 70:20:10 framework.

You will collaborate with Risk, Central Talent & Development, HR and Operations to design colleague academies, monitor progress and continuously improve learning journeys aligned to the Together framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering engaging training programmes in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing learning journeys and materials.
• Ability to measure impact and adjust training based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new colleagues.
• Ensure understanding of processes, systems and compliance.
• Support achievement of role competence within timeframes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Talent, HR and Operations to design academies.
• Deliver structured training to cohorts using 70:20:10 principles.
• Continuously improve content based on feedback and strategic priorities.
• Track progress of new recruits during onboarding and academy phases.
• Provide coaching and additional support where required.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
