GXO Logistics, Burnley is expanding its Fashion & Apparel operations and seeks an Operational Trainer to onboard and develop colleagues from day one, delivering inductions and ongoing training to promote safety, quality and continuous improvement.

You will maintain training records, assess competency, and partner with operational leaders to create a positive, engaged learning culture on site. This full-time role offers 4-on/4-off or 5-out-of-7 shifts and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping.
• Proficient IT skills and digital training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions and operational training.
• Coach colleagues through training journey.
• Assess performance, complete sign-offs and identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and compliance reports.
• Work with leaders to promote safety, quality and improvement.
