GXO Logistics, Inc. is expanding its Fashion & Apparel operations with a new site in Burnley and seeks an Operational Trainer to deliver inductions, training and ongoing development.

You will help create a culture of safety, engagement and continuous improvement from day one, supporting colleagues through their learning journey and maintaining training records. The role involves delivering operational training, monitoring competency and working with site leaders to promote safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We're delighted to announce the expansion of our Fashion & Apparel operations with the launch of our newest distribution site in Burnley (BB10). Following significant investment, this site is being brought back to life and will become a key part of our growing UK network. As an Operational Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our new operation by ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to perform at their best. You'll be responsible for delivering inductions, operational training and ongoing development across the site, helping to create a culture of safety, engagement and continuous improvement from day one. Acting as one of the first points of contact for new starters, you'll help create a positive onboarding experience while supporting colleagues throughout their learning journey. The role includes delivering operational training, monitoring competency and maintaining training records in line with company standards.,

• Deliver engaging inductions and operational training to new and existing colleagues
• Coach and support colleagues through their training and competency journey
• Assess performance, complete sign-offs and identify additional training requirements
• Maintain accurate training records, documentation and compliance reports
• Work closely with operational leaders to promote safety, quality and continuous improvementExperience delivering training, coaching or developing colleagues within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence training both individuals and groups
• A good understanding of warehouse operations and operational best practice
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and record keeping
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and maintaining digital training documentation

These are full time, permanent positions working shift patterns of 4 on and 4 off or any 5 out of 7 tbc., We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum, and 23.5 (4 on and 4 off) or 33 days (any 5 out of 7) days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
