Operational Support Manager, Breast Surgery & Ophthalmology
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Surgery to provide operational and senior administrative support to services within a clinical group. The role will support the operational delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and patient-centred service in line with national and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The post holder will provide operational support to the service leadership team for the smooth running of the service. The role includes supporting the management of administration teams, waiting list management, and scheduling of patients to ensure KPIs and NHS standards are met within available resources, ensuring effective patient care in a timely manner. The role also involves line management, handling complex or sensitive information across teams, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of patient care.
